Intellectual Property Rights Policy

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

This Intellectual Property Rights Policy governs the ownership and permitted use of intellectual property created, developed, or made available by DIGIA MARKETING LTD (Company No. 12699759).

1. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by the Company remains the property of DIGIA MARKETING LTD until full payment has been received and ownership has been transferred where applicable.

2. Company Intellectual Property

The Company retains ownership of its:

  • Proprietary methodologies
  • Internal frameworks
  • Templates
  • Documentation
  • Source code libraries
  • AI workflows
  • Automation systems
  • Business processes
  • Software architecture
  • Know-how
  • Training materials
  • Technical documentation

These assets may not be copied, distributed, resold, or reused without prior written permission.

3. Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of any content, trademarks, logos, databases, images, documents, and materials supplied to the Company for project purposes.

The Client confirms that they possess all necessary rights to provide such materials.

4. Project Deliverables

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership or a license to use the agreed project deliverables as specified within the applicable service agreement.

Third-party software, plugins, APIs, cloud services, and licensed components remain subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Artificial Intelligence Deliverables

Projects may incorporate AI-assisted technologies.

Ownership applies only to the final deliverables specifically agreed with the Client.

The Company retains ownership of its AI models, prompts, workflows, automation structures, and reusable development methodologies.

6. Unauthorized Use

The following activities are prohibited without written authorization:

  • Copying proprietary systems
  • Redistributing Company materials
  • Reverse engineering Company-developed solutions where prohibited
  • Selling Company documentation
  • Removing copyright notices

7. Copyright

All website content, graphics, branding, documentation, text, layouts, and original materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
