Because our services involve consulting, customised implementation and digital development, all projects are performed according to individually agreed scopes.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced.

If work has already begun, charges may apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Project stage
• Resources allocated
• Services already delivered
• Expenses already incurred

Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

Custom development work is generally non-refundable once development has commenced.

Change Requests

Requests to modify project scope may require:

• Additional quotations
• Revised delivery schedules
• Updated project agreements

Subscription Services

Where recurring services are provided, cancellation terms will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

Exceptional Circumstances
